The content in all our material is the property of Momo J Yasutake and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed. You understand that doing any of activities mentioned is considered theft and we retain the to take legal action against you.

Purchases. When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge the credit, debit card PayPal or Stripe as payment for the Program, Product, or Service you have purchased. 

Payment Plans. In the event that payment is not received by the due date, the Program, Product, or Service will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently.

Your payment will be charged on a recurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date it is due, we will attempt to re-process your payment without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure we have accurate billing information to avoid failing payment charges.

Nothing herein shall limit Momo J Yasutake from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at anytime.

If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you still remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Courses, Products, or Services.

Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our Programs, Products, and Services we have a no refund policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

Termination. We reserve the right to cancel any order  or participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services at any time for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following: fraudulent or potentially orders, incorrect pricing or non-payment.

Services Provided by Momo J Yasutake and any Programs or Products does not replace Medical treatments and/or services.

I understand that Quantum Healing Sessions and other programs, products and services provided through the Momo J Yasutake and this website is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. You are aware that during sessions there are no diagnosing of illnesses or diseases nor are medications prescribed.

Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momo J Yasutake and its affiliates, suppliers and distributors make no warranties, either express or implied, about the programs, products, or services. The services on this website are provided “as is”.

You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage which you incur as a result of use of this website including without limitation, damage caused by access delays, computer viruses, system failure or malfunction which may occur in your use of the website including hyperlink to or from third party websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind related to your use of this site.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momo J Yasutake and any affiliated organizations, and its directors, officers and employees from any claim or demand including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this site or any violation of these terms and conditions.
